April 7-8 2010, the collections of the talented 4th (and final) year design students. The end of their school lives, but the beginning of their new lives as designers and from what I have seen, they are off to an amazing start!
Lets start with the show itself. The Fashion Communications students, who put on the amazing show, should be so proud. The set design was gorgeous.. and made out of sustainable materials!

The gorgeous and talented Aneta Sofronova showed her menswear collection, Sofronov. I am so beyond happy and proud of my dear friend, Aneta. All of her hard work has paid off and she has created an absolutely beautiful line. It’s all about the little details that make a garment successful, and girl, you done good!

Next is the stunning Victorian inspired collection, Mariella, by Sacha Columbia BellĀ and the New York City it-girls inspired collection, Tiffany Leigh, by Tiffany Aita. These girls are so talented and I can not wait to see more from them.

The talented ladies, Aneta Sofronova, Sacha Columbia Bell & Tiffany Aita!
And here are some of my faves from the show. I love the feathers in Desire Bara-Assi’s collection, the lace in Alicia Martin’s and the shape and texture in Amanda Lew Kee’s. I thought the costume collection, The End Is There by Heather Constable was eye catching, especially the fur trimmed dress. I love, love love! the polka dot veil look by Kitty Wong and Cristina Sabaiduc’s collection was so interesting and I just loved the multi coloured dresses. (hover over the image to see the designers name)

Great photos Adam!
What show did you go to? They put my skirt on backwards at the 6pm so and I talked to someone, but it doesn’t look like they fixed it here.
Thanks Kitty!
I went to the 8:30 show.
